1. Who is eligible to attend the Wharton Queens Retreat?

All Wharton Women Alumni are welcome and eligible to participate in the Queens Retreat.


2. What is the cost of the retreat, and what does it include?

$1,800 includes 3 nights lodging and all food and beverage services described above. The agenda will be managed and facilitated by Jennifer, Jeanne and features other paid professionals as described above. The only expenses not covered in this pricing include any “Queens Choice” Saturday afternoon activities that will be scheduled at a later date. 

3. Do I need to prepare anything before attending the retreat?

All attendees should reflect on their lives and be committed to developing and growing themselves personally and professionally and also leveraging the power and support of the community to amplify their greatness.

4. Is there a cancellation or refund policy?

  • All Initial $300 Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Due to the nature of this exclusive retreat, there is a no refunds policy at this time.

5. Are spa services like massages included or available for an additional fee?

“Queens Choice” activities will be offered on Saturday afternoon for an additional fee. Currently a visit to the strip is not on the agenda, but of course is available for an additional cost.

6. Will there be opportunities for one-on-one coaching during the retreat?

The retreat is slated to include life/ health/wellness coaching and the programming will include group coaching with ample opportunities for one-on-one follow up coaching during some of the downtime.

7. Is transportation to and from the retreat location provided?

All transportation will be in addition to the retreat package costs. Participants may choose to share uber or cab to and from airport, and the facilitators will help to coordinate.

8. How are the room accommodations and assignments handled?

The mansion has 6 bedrooms and 9 beds. The bed/bedroom selection will be determined in the order in which attendees sign up/pay in full. Each participant will have their own bed but may share a bedroom and/or bathroom with another queen.

9. How are you handling special dietary restrictions?

We will collect dietary restrictions and preferences at registration and ensure our menus provide adequate options and alternatives for everyone.

10. What should I wear?

October is one of the best weather months of the year in Las Vegas. We plan to spend a lot of time outdoors and in the pool and hot tub. So please bring casual clothing, athletic wear, athletic shoes and your swim suit. It will cool down at night so bring a jacket and sweater.

11. What else should I bring?

All beverages, meals and snacks will be provided. Perhaps you might want to bring a laptop, notebook or journal to capture your insights and learning.
